In the early days, ideas need protecting.

When you plant a tree, you usually put a plastic guard around it. The guard is there to protect it from the elements, to stop people from stepping on it, and to help it grow in the right direction.

Eventually, the time comes when the tree is strong enough to stand on its own. To support its own weight. To fight the elements. To find its own direction.

Our job for the last 15 months has been to make sure Paynter is built on strong foundations.

Now, the time has come for us both to give our full time and attention.

It’s time to watch this tree grow. Not into the tallest tree, but into the tree that will stand the test of time and weather any storm.

Now the real fun begins.
