MEN'S BATCH NO.13 - SALT & PEPPER GREY
The Applecross Jacket is constructed from a beautifully marled 22oz Beira Alta lambswool, lined with a super soft 6oz cotton twill, and finished with Italian snap buttons. This jacket is built for warmth. Each one is made to order and will ship in early January. Batch No.13 will be on 3rd December at 9 AM (GMT).
Our heaviest jacket yet. Made using luxurious yet water and wind resistant wool. Lined throughout. Two patch pockets. Two hand warmer pockets. Made in Portugal using marled and felted Portuguese wool and Portuguese lining. Italian snap buttons. Limited edition label by Anna Mills. Two inside pockets. Hang-loop on collar stand.
A classic, regular fitting jacket allowing for lightweight layers underneath. Our previous Applecross fit was looser, this time it’s more consistent with our sizing from earlier Batches so we’d recommend taking your usual size. If you’re unsure or need any advice at all, please drop us a message and we’ll be happy to help.

Fabric & Care
Made with a tightly woven and felted, wind and rain resistant, 22oz Beira Alta lambswool, lined with a soft 6oz cotton twill and viscose on the sleeves. As the jacket is made from wool, it’s dry clean only. Iron on a cool setting.
Shipping & Returns
Each jacket will be made to order and will be shipped in early January. Once your jacket is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details for your jacket. P.S. If you’re buying for a Christmas present, let us know and we can send something small for under the tree!
We ship all over the world. And if you’re based in the EU, we will be sending your jacket directly from Portugal so that you won’t incur additional customs fees. All other jackets will be sent from the UK.
If for any reason you wanted to return your jacket, we accept returns within 28 days of delivery as long as the jacket is in perfect condition.
We’ve recently introduced a new way to pre-order a jacket. You can now split your payment into two, paying 50% (plus shipping) now to guarantee yourself a jacket, and 50% a month into your jacket is being made.
If you’d like to purchase a jacket with a split payment, please use the code ‘50/50’ during checkout.
We’ll follow up for the second payment around the 3rd of January. Please note - If you do not complete this second payment, your jacket will not be shipped and your first payment will be refunded. If you have any more questions, please get in touch.
THE APPLECROSS JACKET
We were driving through the Scottish highlands on our way to the Applecross Inn when we hit a pothole. Our tyre burst and we spent the next hour on the side of the road, freezing. Wearing three jackets each, one to stay dry, one to stay warm, and another for the pub where we were going. Wishing we’d had just one jacket that would do the job, we started working on a heavier, cosier jacket that would battle the elements. And it had to look as good as it performed, something you could comfortably wear to a restaurant, or on a hike. That’s when The Applecross Jacket was born.
A WINTER WEIGHT WOOL
Batch No.13 is constructed from a tightly woven 22oz 100% Beira Alta lambswool. It’s naturally water repellent, insulating and hardwearing.
COLD FINGER SNAPS
Ever tried to undo your buttons while wearing gloves? Yeah, not easy. We chose super strong gun-metal brushed snap buttons with an eco nickel-free finish. Thanks to Cobrax and their patented button design, these snap buttons won’t rattle like a lot of others do.
LUCKY BATCH No.13
Inside every jacket hides a limited edition label, this time it has been designed by graphic designer and alphabet aficionado Anna Mills. The artwork celebrates luck in a time where frankly, everybody needs a lucky charm tucked behind their pocket. This is lucky Batch No.13, the jacket that brings luck with every wear.
THE CALIFORNIA OF EUROPE
Our jackets are hand made in a factory nestled away on a mountain side in Guimarães, Portugal. It’s a maker town. The factory is a small family run business that has been going for the last 30 years, specialising in jackets. They have a track record for supporting the underdogs. We’re proud to have our jackets made by them.
LOVED BY MANY
We’re proud to have made our Applecross Jacket for the first time in 2020 and it hasn’t been back since. It’s given us plenty of time to make improvements, but thankfully our first Applecross Jacket was a very popular one. There have been two proposals in Applecross jackets (that we know of) and it’s been incredible seeing them out in the wild ever since.
