BATCH NO.6 - ECRU
Batch No.6 is our first women’s fit chore jacket. We took our classic chore and re-constructed it to give a boxy fit that flatters boobs, hips & curves. As always, our jackets are made to order and you’ll get to see your jacket being made from start to finish, with video updates from the makers along the journey.
Available to order at 9am GMT on the 27th February and delivered in early May. Only 250 available.
Constructed from an Italian reverse bull denim and British corozo nut buttons. It’s a mid-weight jacket with two big patch pockets, side entry hand warmer pockets and a hidden pocket inside. The limited edition label has been designed by Aga Giecko. Made in Portugal with love.
The A-line silhouette flatters many body shapes and works especially well with high waisted jeans and wide leg pants. Available from XS to XXL. Fits true to size. If you prefer an oversized look with more of a dropped shoulder, size up. For further sizing advice, check out our size guide.
Fabric & Care
Made with a Reverse Bull Denim, woven by Berto in Italy and garment dyed in Portugal very near to the factory. Machine wash at 30. Hang dry & iron inside-out.
Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide with speedy and reliable DHL. As each jacket is made to order, it will ship in early May. You’ll get updates from us along the way as your jacket is made for you. We have a 30 day returns policy, starting when you receive the jacket, and we can often accommodate size exchanges if you tell us quickly.
AN ICON REDEFINED
The chore jacket. It gets its origins from French mechanics and steel workers who wore them in the early 1900’s. It’s loose fitting, hardwearing and ideal for working in. We decided to take the icon and reconstruct it for the female figure, without compromising on those big patch pockets.
OUR WOMEN'S FIT
An A-line silhouette that skims over curves and works especially well with high waisted jeans and wide leg pants. If you prefer an oversized look with a dropped shoulder, size up. For further sizing advice, check out our size guide.
HARD AS NAILS, SOFT AF
Reverse bull denim by Berto, based just outside of Venice. In the 1800's, they made tough fabrics for sail boats that harboured in Venice. Next, they made hard wearing workwear fabrics. Today, they've combined their workwear heritage and 130 years of constant innovation to produce premium fabrics that are long-lasting and easy to wear.
Button-making in the UK is a centuries-old craft and the reputation of its makers is widespread. Our buttons are not only British Made, but they are made from corozo nuts. Unlike plastic, our buttons are non-toxic.
The signature red label has been designed by Aga Giecko and reflects on how we’ll look at the world, and what we’ll look forward to in post-Covid times.
THE CALIFORNIA OF EUROPE
Our jackets are hand made in a factory nestled away on a mountain side in Guimarães, Portugal. It’s a maker town. The factory is a small family run business that has been going for the last 30 years, specialising in jackets. They have a track record for supporting the underdogs. We’re proud to have our jackets made by them.
