We have spent 9 months making one product the very best it can be. Together with our factory, we strive to produce our jackets to the highest quality. Hopefully, you’ll be so happy with your jacket that returning it is out of the question.

If you would like to return your jacket, we will offer a refund if it is returned in unworn condition, with all packaging included. Since our jackets are made to order, it will be unlikely that an alternative size choice is available. In that case, we would offer a refund, excluding the shipping cost. If your choice of alternative size was available, we would also be able to offer an exchange. To allow for a refund or exchange, we would ask for your jacket to be returned within 30 days of being dispatched, and by completing our returns form that will be included with your jacket. If for any reason you didn’t receive a returns form, you can contact us at hello@paynterjacket.co.uk stating your name, jacket details and order number.

Unfortunately, being a small brand, we are unable to pay for returns. Therefore we ask that you return your jacket using tracked postage, to the address on your returns form. 

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure the jacket hasn’t been worn, and that all packaging is complete. Then, we will process your refund via the same payment method you originally used. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we would contact you directly via email.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If 30 days from the dispatch date has passed, we unfortunately will be unable to offer a refund of exchange.
