We are so sad that the UK has now left the EU, on a personal level and on a Paynter level. We are continuing to find out exactly what it means for us a business, and for you as our very valued customers.
We are trialling a new system of postage for our EU based customers, by partnering with a distribution company in Portugal who will quality check, number and send your jacket directly from Portugal. Therefore you will not incur any additional charges when your jacket arrives.
We are trialling this new way for Batch No.6 and Batch No.7, and will continue to update this page as we know more about how the system is working.
Returns and exchanges will still be processed in the UK for all orders, wherever you are located in the world. It is important to contact us before you send back your jacket so we can advise how to send it to avoid additional fees.
