Hello friends in the EU.

We are so sad that the UK has now left the EU, on a personal level and on a Paynter level.

We are continuing to find out exactly what it means for us a business, and for you as our very valued customers.

You may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees on your purchase once it arrives in your destination country. If so, you’ll be contacted by the shipping company with further information.

Unfortunately being a very small business we are unable to take on those costs ourselves. We therefore have to ask you to cover customs & duties. Please note we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.

If returning an order, please mark your parcel as “Returned Goods” clearly on the outer packaging and include a commercial invoice showing it’s a return, to avoid any additional charges and delays getting back to us.

If charges are refused please note we would be liable to pay them ourselves, plus the cost of shipping. That would mean we have to deduct those charges from a final refund.
